currently, the build does not require toolchains to select build JDK: Animal
Sniffer is used to check that resulting bytecode is valid for target JRE
but sometimes, one may want to use toolchains
Putting toolchains configuration in a profile can be easy, generic (we already
have the target JDK information as property), and let user decide when he wants
to use it (for example CI)
