Since https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRESOLVER-340, build cache
extension remote saving is not working anymore (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MBUILDCACHE-58) without any extra
configuration.
As a user if I have activated the cache I shouldn’t need to add more
configuration which can affect other part (e.g artifact deployments) so the
cache should be able to configure this PUT request needs a webdav style.
