Resolution: Won't Fix
We can't actually do this because the install/deploy rename any attached
artifacts which is the right thing to do. We need to make the assembly in the
correct place to have it named correctly. Or we deploy separately and we
typically have not pushed assemblies to the repo. At least for apache.
