When a user adds and deletes local assembly references from a project within
VS, the addin takes care of synching these operations with the pom. These
actions are handled by adding listeners to the standard VS interface. The
AddArtifactForm is needed to view and pull down dependencies from a remote
Maven repository. I'm not quiet sure why we need a remove dependencies form is
needed, removing dependencies locally is already handled.
