When installing as service under windows, the wrapper doesn't allow modifying
environment variables, so it's not possible to have two continuums under the
same account using different M2_HOME or JAVA_HOME. Looks like path can be
configured in the wrapper.conf.
I continuum allowed command line arguments to override this value we could feed
them from the wrapper config
