Support apt integration in eclipse:eclipse goal

Eclipse supports apt integration via the Project Properties -> Java Compiler ->
Annotation Processing options. It'd be handy if eclipse:eclipse could
configure this from the plugin configuration.
A goal that attempts to achieve this already exists in the mojo
apt-maven-plugin project:

I haven't used this much myself but I feel it would better housed by the
maven-eclipse-plugin instead.
