Setting <reporting><plugins><plugin><inherited> to either true or false in a
parent project <reporting> section will control whether or not that report is
inherited by a child. Changing the value of <inherited> to be an expression,
such as ${inheritThisReport} and setting that property in the parent POM to
either true or false, prevents the report from appearing in all children
regardless or its value.
