Make a reverse dependency tree

mvn dependency:tree shows you all of the projects that the current project
depends on, even if they aren't in the current reactor. This plugin (or the
dependency plugin?) should generate a tree of projects that depend on you
(within the current reactor).
(Note that in 2.1 the ProjectSorter will expose its DAG, so at that point maybe
the dependency plugin will be a better place for this.)
