#### Description of PR
NIFI-9952 Upgrades the Jackson Bill of Materials dependency from 2.13.2 to
2.13.2.20220328. This upgrade includes Jackson Databind 2.13.2.2, which
addresses updated vulnerabilities described in CVE-2020-36518.
Upgrading the Jackson BOM version required removing all direct version
references in multiple Maven configurations. Different Jackson modules and can
have different versions, such as `jackson-databind` and `jackson-annotations`,
so removing direct version references allows the Bill of Materials to handle
transitive version references. Removing direct version property references
required removing dependency management declarations in several Maven
configurations. In several modules, Jackson transitive dependencies were
excluded in favor of direct dependencies as a way to override the transitive
version. This approach is no longer necessary with the BOM dependency, and
those exclusions and overrides have been removed.
