Mark Payne commented on NIFI-6776: ---------------------------------- [~dust2sleep] the property is not defined because there's no property named "JSON Paths". Rather, the user must click the "+" icon in the top-right corner there to add 1 or more user-defined property. The name of the property will become the name of the field in the Record that is created, while the value of the property must be a valid JSONPath Expression to evaluate against the incoming JSON. This is a common pattern, where the user must add 1 or more properties to properly configure the component. > JSONPathReader do not have "JSON Paths" property as default ,but it's a > required property > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Key: NIFI-6776 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-6776 > Project: Apache NiFi > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Core UI, Extensions > Reporter: Frank Chen > Priority: Major > Attachments: image-2019-10-14-18-59-37-507.png, > image-2019-10-14-18-59-45-534.png > > > JSONPathReader do not have "JSON Paths" property as default ,but it's a > required property. > But it is ok to add it by yourself. > !image-2019-10-14-18-59-37-507.png! > JSONPathReader default properties: > !image-2019-10-14-18-59-45-534.png! -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.4#803005)
