Andy LoPresto created NIFI-2942: ----------------------------------- Summary: Provide ability to delete multiple connections at once Key: NIFI-2942 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-2942 Project: Apache NiFi Issue Type: Improvement Components: Core UI Affects Versions: 1.0.0 Reporter: Andy LoPresto Priority: Minor
I had a scenario where multiple components have outgoing connections to a single component, and I wanted to clean this up by introducing a funnel. If I selected all of the relevant connections and attempted to delete them at once, I got the error message: {quote} One or more components within the snippet is connected to a component outside of the snippet. Only a disconnected snippet may be moved. {quote} Instead, I had to select each connection individually and delete one at a time. Is there a way to detect that all of the elements in the selection should be eligible for deletion even if the "move" action would not be possible when the connection endpoints are not in the snippet? -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
