One final note. I created a .rtf file using Open Office and followed all the
steps to create a table and select the repeat header option. I saved the file

It doesn't seem to be dependent on the number of fields you delete and you

What I mean is that during the build process, AOO should either download and
compile openssl or use the locally added versions.

It seems it belongs to the used LOCALE.
I think there is a locale setting (maybe with a special language) where the
point is the decimal separator. So 4.10 will be 4 → 03.01.1900 + 0.10 →
