customer code background:
1. mappings: form ->java Map
2. mappings: form ->java Pojo(要求所有Pojo都是简单属性，需要看看SpringMVC是否有相关的对象映射）
3. constraints: form有非常多key/value，映射为Pojo的时候，忽略多余属性
