Description:
Similar to engines like Trino, it would be great to provide a connector API for
stored procedures and the corresponding CALL statements to invoke them.
Such extensions are already used by projects like Hudi and Iceberg. Many custom
Delta operations can be represented in the same way, reducing the amount of
parser code to maintain.
