Hi,

I notice a small difference comparing HTML outputs between the Struts 2.x and 
Struts 6.x for code like this
{noformat}
<s:checkbox ....></dd>
{noformat}
for instance and where the output is now like:
{noformat}
<checkbox ...>
</dd> 
{noformat}
and no more like:
{noformat}
<checkbox ...></dd>{noformat}
Is this expected?
