Deron Eriksson closed SYSTEMML-698.

The compile-scope dependencies were reduced from 5 to 4. The main jar size was
decreased from ~6.6MB to ~4.4MB. In addition a performance gain in
DummycodeAgent is noticeable. See PR174 for details.
