Currently we have several hardcoded version numbers in the documentation in
docs/. We should replace these with a single value in _config.yml and reference
this value wherever a version number is needed.
Note that _config.yml already contains a SYSTEMML_VERSION variable. However, an
additional variable is probably needed. SYSTEMML_VERSION is used for the
version number display in the header. An additional variable might need a
suffix such as "-incubating".
