Somewhat mixed feelings on this. If someone has requests some particular
"limit" and that fails, I'd be concerned that we'd start up in a crippled
state. Meaning, I feel it better to exit.

Come to think of it, why do we setrlimit() to .rlim_max and RLIM_INFINITY
in the same call? That seems redundant.
