[~davidxdh] SLES Sp3 is the only thing we have tested with. I'm sure you can 
get the toolchain to compile with SP2 with some work, but that's up to you to 
figure out. The dockerfile is a good starting point because it will tell you at 
least what packages you need to build.

Yeah, SLES packages aren't publicly available so you would need to point it at 
a package mirror that is available to you. I don't know very much about SLES 
packages or mirrors.
