bin/resolve_minidumps.py uses /bin/env, whereas it should use /usr/bin/env:
{noformat}
#!/bin/env python3
# should be:
#!/usr/bin/env python3{noformat}
Lots of distributions have /bin/env and the script works fine. However, Ubuntu
16 does not have /bin/env, so it fails.
