Patterns "[Gmail]/All Mail"
refer to? You only have this pattern in Master but not in Slave. What happens
in such cases? Could this be the issue?

See below my config. It's the same I use on 2 different machines.
When I look at my archive folder on both machines, everything
that's on one machine isn't on the other and vice-versa. I am not
sure how it's possible as it conflicts with my understanding of
