Please let me know if you have any available resources to kishore.kani...@cybsearch.com Role: ASP.Net Lead Developer Location: Hanover, MD Duration: 1 year Interview: Phone Primary Responsibilities: • 6-8 years of enterprise level Microsoft stack web application design and development experience. • Mastery of building web applications with ASP.Net MVC 4 and C# with proficiency in client side technologies that include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Extensive and demonstrable experience with: • ASP.Net MVC, C#, TFS, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Unit Testing • Agile / SCRUM Methodology • Advanced JavaScript such as custom jQuery plug-ins, • Coordinate with offshore team and review and take ownership of work completed offshore. • Unit Testing experience • Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation. • Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements • Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards • Collaborate with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions. • Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks • Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business • Provide alternate design solutions along with project estimates • Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions. • Ability to solve complex production issues • Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
