Core design & development experience on *Websphere Message Broker 6.0/6.1,Websphere MQ 6.0*. 2. Experience on *UML design*. 3. Good Java development experience/background 4. Experience in *Securities domain* and *SWIFT* messaging & transformations 5. Good working knowledge on XML technologies.Knowledge on XML Tools like XMLSPY is preferred. 6. Knowledge on Industry Standard messages like *SWIFT,EDIFACT,IFX*,etc., are preferred. 7. Knowledge on Source Safe like *CVS* and *Rational ClearCase* is essential. 8. Position *Description :* Message Broker designer is responsible for understanding the Integration requirement in Project High Level Design document, Business requirement document and convert that to Low level design for developers to handle. This will be achieved by interacting with stake holders and architects. Also he should be in a position to identify potential integration requirement in Large and small Enterprise environments and should be in a position to present it to stake holders for better understanding and shaping up the integration requirement. Designer will play a lead role to handle multiple message broker developers and ensure project delivery ontime. *Responsibilities* 1. Understanding Business Requirements and Non Functional requirements. 2. Understanding Project *High level Design(HLD)* and *Integration requirements*. 3.
