• Strong Hybrid Designer, should be able to do both interaction and visual
designs seamlessly
• Experience in leading a team with UX and UI designers
• Should know these tools for prototyping – Envision, Sketch, Axure ,
Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of user-centric design principles and standards
• Manage the project end to end from the design perspective
• Manage & coordinate with multiple stakeholders across
• Conducting Stakeholder/User interviews
• Lead collaborative design requirement gathering sessions and present
designs ideas to business stakeholders during the development lifecycle
• Well experienced in user research activities like creating Persona (for
all the user roles), User Profiling, Ethnography Study,  Scenarios, User
journeys (for all the user roles)
• Follow in Agile methodology and work with the scrum teams
• Creating RWD wireframes/paper sketches and clickable prototyping. Designs
should be compliance to accessibility
• Creating compelling visual design following the client brand guides and
design standards. Produce consistent clean visual design
• Presenting the design to the stalk holders and capture all their
feedbacks. Iterate the design accordingly
• Following up the stalk holder and getting sign off for the designs
• Conducting usability testing and creating reports with metrics
