Be a one point contact for development – process, infrastructure, quality, issues, risks 2. Owner to get resolution on any issues that arise during onsite –offshore sync up so that team can focus on development activities 3. Knowledge Management – setting up process, act as an escalation contact for team and make sure that team is delivering 4.
