*Role: * Oracle HR Techno/Functional Consultant*
Location: *Dallas, TX
*Duration: *2-3 months (Likely to extend to 6 months)

The client has Oracle 11i HR and is only using core functionality.  They
want someone that can make recommendation on Best Practices on the expansion
of the HR module, to include those things listed below.

This person needs to be capable of leading the project on turning on the new
functionality and configuration, etc.

80-90% Functional, only 10-20% Technical (familiar with the HR tables, Fast
Formulas for MSS, ESS).



Urgent Need:

Local preferred, but with this skill I will look at any location as long as
they can be here for the duration of the project.



*Oracle HR Consultant (Techno/Functional but heavier on the Functional side)
*

Oracle 11i – 12g Implementation experience

*HR skills are primary and should be the recent and current focus of the
consultant
*

*on all recent projects.  I can’t use anyone that does mostly financials but
happened to do one or two projects with HR*



*Experience:*

• Core HR – ability to maximize module

• MSS – define solutions to leverage current configurations and provide
additional configuration and documentation

• ESS -   Review requirements and configure per Best Practice, concentrating
on training, certifications & self-assessment

• Workflow –including hierarchy, roles and responsibilities and approval
process – Best Practices

• Extensive Understand of Learning Management and competencies associated
with process, including 3rd party vendor experience



*• Functional/Technical *

o Configuration & knowledge transfer

o Fast Formulas

o SQL

o Key/Descriptive FF

o HR reporting and compliance configuration

• Review & document multiple 3rd party requirements

o Recommend Oracle fields to maximize 3rd party systems

o Document Import/Export requirements

o Provide Best Practice solution

• GAP analysis and Best Practice solutions

• Identify HR reporting – compliance requirements and provide Best Practice
Solutions

• HR to GL working knowledge
