*Knowledge/experience in ETC, Primavera, PDW, Microsoft Access, Microsoft
Excel and Pivot tables*
Description:
*Good Experience in the following areas:*
- Maintain product and program development databases:
- Post Labor Actuals every Monday both to ETC and Timesheet Compliance
databases.
- Identify and locate missing documentation and information required
for Metrics (i.e. missing Business Cases for PLM Compliance metric).
- Update Roadmap Report database with program information received
from emails, Phone calls, etc.
- Reach out for Roadmap Report updates as dates are reached or passed.
- Review PDW information to the Roadmap Report to keep both aligned
and correct.
- Update Charge Number information (open charge numbers change owner,
update titles, close charge numbers, Tax Code) across all tools.
- Update EONs Metric as programs are released and then on a monthly
basis.
- Add users to the Timesheet Tool (Primavera).
- Set associate Activity Type in ETC.
- Run Timesheet Compliance Report every Monday.
- Maintain PLM Compass site.
- Assist in organizing PLM Steering Committee Meetings, maintain meeting
minutes, and schedule other groups to attend the meetings as required
