Skills - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. Approximately 6-8 years directly related experience. - Java programming in Struts framework - Relational Database engineering and strong SQL skill - JavaScript programming - JUnit 4 - Java Build tools Ant and Maven. - Cruise Control or similar tools. - Version control systems CVS and SVN (maybe Bamboo). - Creating/modifying a user interface screen - Creating/modifying web services using Jax-ws - Creating/modifying data load and validation programs - Participating in daily Scrum meetings - Participating in Scrum demo and review meetings - Participating in Scrum planning session - Effectively communicating with the Scrum team - Effectively communicating status to management - Participating in design and code reviews - Effectively managing code base (tag, checking in, etc) Creativity - Applies technical knowledge to determine solutions and solves complex problems. - Uses experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions.
