Responsibilities include research and development of new technology and engineering best practices, as well as the implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise and Line of Business applications. Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate will be working on one or both of the following: Patch level and Software version currency and Audit Analysis and deliverable execution: - Technical coordination of the patching roadmap ensure deliverables are clearly identified and execution plans are in line with available resources - Cross team engagement between the technology towers to ensure that this new VSI offering is capable of sustaining the projected growth and compliant to organizational standards - Review, Develop, maintain and remove internal risk assessments within the virtual environment (CSA's) Capacity planning process improvement and Automation of Performance & Capacity Metrics: - Automation/optimization of existing scripts and manual processes to be used as proactive tool for identification of performance issues and utilization trends - Resolution/prevention of issues resulting from manual capacity planning, lack of real time assessments and status of utilized vs available capacity in the VSI environment. - Support in Roadmap development and of the Capacity Planning process and data integration from both manual and existing systems. - Technical support on L3 issues and support of the Cross Impacted teams to resolve those items related to the initiatives above.
