We are currently recruiting for a Siebel eClinical Business Analyst. Key Experience should include: . Minimum of five years of Business Analysis experience . Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills . Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude . Intermediate to advanced skills in Process modeling (BPMN advantageous) . Familiarity with Prototyping/mock ups - Irise experience advantageous . Workshop facilitation experience . Experience in Use case development . Experience in writing functional and user specifications . Experience with formal development methodologies . Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis technqiues . Experience modeling business processes and data and capable of drafting logical data models . Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint . Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders . Should feel comfortable and be adaptable in an environment with shifting priorities Desired: . Clinical/Pharma industry experience advantageous . Familiarity with Siebel eClinical or other CTMS system . Storyboarding experience a plus . BS degree in Computer Science or related field .
