(Call me at 732 333 3219) dir Must be Green Card Holders / US citizens / EAD or OPT's Immediate Interview Position: Sr. QA Testing Analyst Location: Schenectady, NY Duration: 4 months Best rate: ALAP on W2 Assignment Summary: (Please state the overall purpose of this assignment): Under the direction of the Manger - IT Testing: Delivers quality functionality within specified timeframes; using the HP suite of tools which includes Quality Center, to support testing on projects. Essential Assignment Functions: (Main functions of this role. Please be descriptive.) a.. Participates in requirements gathering/reviews, and designs, develops and executes manual test plans to ensure the quality of MVP's core applications and systems b.. Documents defects and works with developers, business users and project team to resolve issues. c.. Serves as an integral member of an enterprise-wide testing team, and is responsible for following established standards and best practices, and reporting testing results clearly and accurately. d.. Provides assistance to IT personnel and business partners in the use of templates and tools e.. Leads the testing efforts on small/medium scale projects and coordinate testing resources f.. Assists in training and/or mentoring test analysts. g.. Other duties as required. Special Skills/Qualifications: (Please be specific in qualifications/required skill sets. - i.e. 4+ years Facets experiences) · 4 years test analyst experience · At least 2 years of testing the Facets 4. 5 application · Extensive experience in writing test cases for the Facets 4.5 application · 2 years leading test efforts on small/medium scale projects and coordinating test resources.
