Ø  Should possess good amount of experiences in integration and SOA
solutions

Ø  Should have experience in all aspects of Integration solutions in any of
the  Integration Product(s) in Oracle Fusion Middleware Business
Integration Products such as Oracle BPEL Process Manager, BAM, Enterprise
Service Bus, SOA suite, OSB, OEG, Coherence and OEM

Ø  Prior experience on implementing/supporting large SOA integration is
essential

Ø  Excellent Customer Interaction Skills

Ø  Should be minimum of 7+ years IT industry experience with at least 1+
years hands on experience in SOA Integration projects with any leading
industry SOA & integration products

Ø  Proven J2EE skills and minimum one Year of architecting experience
towards SOA integration solutions

Ø  In-depth knowledge on SOA and integration concepts and methodologies
would be an added advantage

Ø  Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and
leadership skills.

Ø  Ability to work with teams - cross cultures, organizational boundaries,
time zones and countries

Ø  Hands-on experience on Fusion middleware is a must

Ø  Overall support project responsibility - co-ordination with
stakeholders, onsite and offshore support team

Ø  Project planning and execution

Ø  Project monitoring and making course corrections when required.

Ø  Project Schedule Management

Ø  Change Control Management

Ø  Risk management, Quality Management

Ø  Progress and Status Reporting

Ø  Participate in the weekly project meetings with IT Manager and project
stakeholders

Ø  Vendor co-ordination

Ø  Participate in weekly team status meetings and serve as an escalation
point

Ø  To ensure on-time delivery, overall process compliance and quality

Ø  To plan and control configuration management activities as required and
provide guidance to the Wipro team

Ø  To perform Root Cause Analysis, plan for corrective actions and track it
to closure as required

Ø  Perform Interface support, issue resolution to support interfaces,

Ø  To plan and organize knowledge sharing within team members

Ø  To give feedback on the performance to the individuals and the
management as part of appraisal system

Ø  To plan for team building activities and help in resolving any issues
within the team

Ø  To control project documentation

Ø  To provide overall process compliance

Ø  Plan, allocate and monitor the service requests provided by customer.

Ø  Review of technical or program specifications, estimation and resource
requirements for change requests

Ø  Meet specified SLAs for bug fixing, feature enhancement etc. based on
criticality factor
