MANDATORY SKILLS
1. Two years demonstrated hands-on experience in the installation,
configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the server and web
components in
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005
2. Two years demonstrated hands-on experience in the installation,
configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the server and web
components in
Microsoft SharePoint 2003 and 2007
3. Two years demonstrated hands-on experience in the installation,
configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the server and web
components in
Microsoft BizTalk 2006.
4. Three years experience creating systems, training and support documentation
5. Three years experience analyzing and documenting requirements.
6. Three years experience tracking issues, resolutions and providing feedback
to developers and analysts.
7. Two years experience and demonstrated effective experience supporting a
SharePoint 2003 environment; to include developing sites and libraries,
managing security, designing training and support documentation, etc.
8. Two years experience and demonstrated effective communication, documentation
and project management skills; including the use of an issue
tracking, resolution, and feedback system
