Title:QA White Box IV Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 1 year Basic Qualifications; Masters in CS with 8yrs+ Fluent in data structure and Java programming. Fluent in SQL SOA Development and/or test experience Performance test and tuning experience Outstanding working knowledge of software engineering principles and methodologies. Solid background in software development. Job Requirements; • Experience with Soap/XML, JAVA/JUNIT and java based applications required • Working knowledge on NT systems • Performance test experience are required • Experience of continues integration test environment • Oracle RDBMS experience is required • Experience with Microsoft's IIS and ISAPI DLL development is desired • Knowledge of J2EE and application servers such as websphere and web-logic is highly desirable • Quality Assurance background, including JUnit/Code Coverage (Emma)/Mock concepts/Static Analysis is appreciated • Planning skills to design test plans and test cases for new assigned features, developing test tools for white-box testing. Problem solving skills using programmatic solutions. • Experience in executing testing tasks and providing timely and accurate analysis of findings. Keeping management informed of progress. Engineering lead experience is desired. • Ability to communicate effectively with developers, operations, release management • Ability to understand and articulate how changes in technology impact customer experience, able to lead the test effort and defining strategic testing approach • Experience in Agile Testing practices is a plus.
