These are the 3 key points that they are specifically looking for: 1) Someone that has done patch push to multiple targets and hosts on the OEM 2) Someone that has done the installation of the OMS (Oracle Management Services) on high availability servers on multi node 3) Someone that has set up a complete OEM on high availability servers on multi node (from start to finish) There will be several qualifying questions that I will ask the candidate to see if they are a fit or not. This is a very high level position, and the candidate MUST have done RAC & OEM extensively. I sat in on the phone screen, and the questions that were asked were highly technical, so please do not send me candidates that don't have the extensive RAC & OEM experience.
