Business Partner Service Coordinator - Mid-level/Senior
Interface with BMS business clients to determine business partner
connection requirements, evaluate information for completeness and access
requirements.
Provide assistance to clients in solving issues by leading them to the
appropriate processes
Submit requests on the Business Partner Request system
Ensure requests are being processed and provide status updates to clients
Escalation of Business Partner requests to Global Voice Data Network
Manage and maintain Business Partner data and access controls for request
records
Ensure security processes are applied to requests
Update work logs throughout the course of the server review
Initiate Remedy work requests for network, FTP and TLS connections
Experience in the Information Security and Networking field
Experience with high pressure situations and excellent customer service
skills
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills with the
ability to multi-task and work well a team oriented work environment.
