Need advanced performance tuning expert to tune Crystal Reports/ Business
Objects XI Rel2
Knowledge of Weblogic Application server is a plus
The Report server uses SAP Business Objects Enterprise XI Professional
Release 2 SP5. This runs on Windows Server 2003
Standard Edition SP2.
Currently the Reports server is not clustered. We are in the process of
clustering two report server nodes.
Weblogic Application server (8.1 SP5) feeds report requests to BOE and it
accesses data from Oracle 10g database. The
reports are accessed by users on an on-demand basis from LMS application.
When lot of users access reports, we
experience bottlenecks and it appears that report server is not handling the
requests properly. Hence, we are looking
to tune BOE/ Crystal reports and to cluster more report servers to increase
reports processing capability.
