*Service Center SQL Reporting Analyst - Healthcare*

The position is responsible for reporting effectiveness and efficiency
metrics, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators for multiple
Service Center sites with up to 250 employees (full and part time) handling
contacts from potential Connect for Colorado customers, back office and
appropriate support staff.  The position will also perform research and
understand performance inefficiencies and develop, communicate and track
remediation efforts. To accomplish this, the position will proactively
escalate potential or brewing process handling inefficiencies, working with
all groups and teams to perform root cause analysis and improvement
recommendation. General responsibilities also include maximizing customer
service and center reputation, while supporting the minimization of costs
associated with work deliverables.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:  *

Ø  Develops and maintains operational metric models.

Ø  Provides analytical support on service center operational performance
utilizing a statistical-based

Ø  Approach to derive correlation of operational performance results to
overall portfolio outcomes.

Ø  Creates and presents operational performance results to management.

Ø  Provides ad hoc operational performance analytics for the service center
to assist management in improving performance.

Ø  Create and execute queries to extract information utilizing SAS, SQL,
and pertinent applications for analysis.

Ø  Determines where quantitative and statistical tools can be leveraged to
improve performance.

Ø  Assists cost center managers in developing their budgets and
understanding their expenses.

Ø  Leads in reviewing processes and results of analysis and proposes
recommendations of

Ø  Improvement to management.

Ø  Provides analytical support to ensure the adoption of best practices
across all functional areas.

Ø  Maintains regular interaction with Reporting Manager, Site Managers,
Director and Supervisors regarding reporting and remediation for all
performance metrics.

Ø  Assists in analyzing and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
(e.g. Average Speed of Answer, Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution,
etc.)

Ø  Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with
participants, co-workers, and the public.

Ø  Identifies and recommends problem resolution.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

Ø  Critical and Analytical thinker

Ø  *Extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.*

Ø  *Extremely proficient in Congo’s including creating and maintaining the
Framework Manager.*

Ø  *2-5 years of experience with anise SQL.*

Ø  *Knowledgeable and proficient in use of databases is a plus including
primary and foreign key relationships.*

Ø  *Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a plus. *

Ø  Ability to write stored procedures a plus.

Ø  Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

Ø  Strong verbal/written communication skills. Outstanding presentation
skills.

Ø  Strong prioritization skills with a clear ability to communicate clearly
and concisely.

Ø  2+ years’ experience in service center reporting managing performance
using metrics and data analysis

Ø  Must have integrity and practice both discretion and objective problem
solving.

Ø  Creative, detailed-oriented and organized.

Ø  Excellent customer service skills

Ø  *Must have some healthcare experience*

Ø  Data collection skills and knowledge of basic statistical principles
