*Sr. Windows Admin/ Infrastructure Architect* *Location: **Austin, TX (Need in-person after telephonic)*
*Duration: 12 Months+* *Rate: $55/Hr*** • Minimum 8 years’ experience with the following: o Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 configuration, Active Directory, systems administration, group policy, DNS, Virtualization. o Administration of IIS, application services, SSL certificates for web sites and server communications. o Capacity planning, including the sizing of servers, supporting storage and network infrastructure. o Configuring and managing NAS, SAN and/or big data solutions. o High availability and disaster recovery planning, including the use of backup software, failover systems, load balancers, clusters (OS, application, and database) o Understanding of the software development life cycle. • *Minimum 5 years’ experience designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructures* • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills • Solid leadership experience in large cross-functional teams and proven ability to effectively manage large scale projects • Maintaining an understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies, demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities • Quickly identify causes and resolve complex system and architecture related issues and concerns • Efficiently prepare statements of work, requests for proposal and IT infrastructure • Excellent team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint in mind.
