*Position : Business system analyst Duration: 6 Months + Location : Portland OR* *Job description : * * Purpose * To gather technical and business requirements throughout the assessment and planning phases of the Lotus Notes Replacement effort. *Job function * The Technical BSA will provide expertise in requirements specification gathering, analysis, and planning in support of the replacement of ~40 Lotus Notes applications. Activities include collection and organization of business and technical requirements from existing applications. Additionally, the BSA will serve as the liaison between in-house customers and information technology professionals. *Basic qualification* Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and document the technical requirements. Familiarity with Lotus Notes and ability to follow a defined technical process is required. An associate’s degree or higher and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related area is a must. The BSA will perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, must be able to work independently, and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals. *Additional info* Experience with SharePoint, Web technologies, and Agile Methodology, are desired. Experience with the migration of a large complex projects is a plus.
