Urgent requirement for JAVA RAD developer Pittsburg,PA "The main thing we were looking for is enhancing our team's existing skills with following experience: 1. RAD7 experience and if they have used SDO approach to Web Service development. 2. WebSphere experience. 3. Spring and Hibernate experience." - Primary skills: Java web service development. Experience with Spring and Hibernate in Websphere 6.1 environment. - Tools required: RAD7, Hibernate tools, IBM Requisite (Clearcase) - Web service development experience with 'TOP down' approach using SDO - Functional and technical design documentation skills a must - Good communication skills required (ability to work with client to understand requirements) - Secondary skills: Oracle 10G development experience - Familiarity with OAGIS a plus - Participate in technical design review process Required Skills: Java, RAD7, Websphere AND/OR Hibernate and Spring, Web Services Desired Skills: Clearcase, OAGIS, Recruiting Tips: ---Might not actually see "SDO" or "Top-Down Approach" on a resume - this has to be asked. --If someone has Java and RAD7, please call them! Ask about their experience with Web Services, and their experience with Websphere AND/OR Spring and Hibernate (for example, if they have Websphere but don't have Hibernate, let me take a look at the resume).
