Project Information Job Title: Developer Resume Submittal Deadline: 10/17/2008 Start Date: 10/20/2008 End Date: 10/20/2009 Daily Start Time: 8:00 AM Daily End Time: 5:00 PM Number of Positions: 1 Project Description: (What project will the contractor be working on?) Operations Applications Milestones: Ongoing systems support and solutions development for Operations Applications. Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) Analyst will provide support/development responsibilities to 12 Java / Web-based applications. One is the front-end web application for all Southeast Management and Technician time entry for project accounting and payroll. Failure to support this application could result in incorrect Technician pay and incorrect Southeast financial statements. The other is the Trouble Ticket & Technician Dispatch system...also houses customer inventory and maintenance contract information. It is classified as a 2008 Mission Critical Application. Failure to support this application could result in missed customer commitments for Sales Order and Trouble Ticket resolution resulting in lower customer satisfaction ratings and potential non-compliance fees.
