Position: HR Business Analyst Length: This could go very long term (1+ years) Location: Plymouth, MI Interview: Skype Looking to get someone started asap. Position Details: Our Client is adding a Sr. Business Analyst who will lead the requirements development to formally document business needs for HR systems and processes. The position requires proven experience following industry standard business analysis techniques and methods to elicit and validate business requirements. Candidates need to have experience modeling business processes and defining business data models is required in HR business processes. This role will define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirements clarification and definition. Also, acting as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for platform applications. Effective planning and facilitation skills are critical to this role, including the ability to find acceptable compromise between key stakeholders during meetings. Communication skills are essential and detailed documentation will need to be created. This position will work closely with functional business groups, senior leadership, and technical teams. Day to day duties: Execute requirements gathering, elicitation, and development to capture and document business needs Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process models, use cases, scenarios, storyboards, business analysis, task and workflow analysis Serve as the conduit between the business community and the software development team through which requirements flow Utilize process modeling, requirements elicitation, and requirements management tools Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design and implementation specifications Interface with business to develop strategic road-maps for new functionality from commercial applications, through new releases and upgrades Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions to integrate with existing business systems Facilitate creation of training materials and documentation for business applications and train new end users on applications delivered through your projects Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (e.g., additional training sessions, communication, system modifications) Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business users, technology teams, and support teams Assist in defining quality assurance testing strategy, assist with testing, and ensure issues and defects are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner Develop functional specifications and system design specifications Deliver effective, informative, and well-organized presentations Must have: 8 years of industry experience in Information Technology Must be capable of functioning as both Business Analyst and Project Manager for small projects Experience working with HR systems Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in business analysis roles Experience using requirements elicitation and management tools and methodologies Must have led and negotiated business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need is required Nice to have: Certifications desired: CCBA or similar Business Analysis, Business Process Management, and Lean or Six Sigma certifications Kronos (time and attendance) system experience Peoplesoft experience (HRMS) Workday, Sumtotal, Taleo or SharePoint experience is a plus *Anuj Rai* *Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* *Desk: 518-621-0048Fax: 518-244-49773 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *Email Id:- a...@zenithtechsolutions.com <a...@zenithtechsolutions.com>* *Gmail:- rainu...@gmail.com <rainu...@gmail.com>* *Website:- www.zenithtechsolutions.com <http://www.zenithtechsolutions.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
