*Position: LDAP Support Specialist* *Location: Hartford, CT*
*Duration: FTE or Long term contract* *Citizenship: Due to export control requirements, applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.* We are looking for an LDAP Support Specialist to be a part of our team of client-facing experts to help drive support processes, customer service and solution building. Candidates with demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, adapt well to changing priorities while remaining flexible and enthusiastic will be highly considered. *Principal Responsibilities:* Work on LDAP production support environment. Writing script to automate LDAP activities. Communication with end user and understanding the problem. Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports. Be a proactive member of the on-call team on rotational basis. *Required Skills:* Candidate should have 4 - 10 years of experience in the IT Industry Must have over 2 year of experience in supporting LDAP environments. Experience with Sun ONE LDAP/Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition. Hands-on administration including: overall configuration, troubleshooting, patch application, configuring replication, schema management, ACI management, encryption, patch application, etc.; Excellent troubleshooting skills to address real-time production issues and restore service from an operations stand-point. Administration, trouble-shooting and scripting for Unix/Solaris/Linux operating environments. *Desired Skills:* Experience in any product installation, configuration.
