a. Able to apply patterns when necessary and knowledgeable of OO
design principles
b. Able to dissect/refactor source code
c. Can multi-task and handle randomization of time(we'll try to
keep this to a minimum)
d. Understands CQRS and has worked on enterprise level applications
(web preferred)
e. Strong knowledge of web standards and semantic coding practices
3. Good communication (ability to be onsite and add to value of a
team)
a. Must be able to work independently and without much supervision
b. Effective documentation skills
c. Must be able to communicate effectively with team and offshore resources
