Position: QA Lead
Location: Augusta, ME
Duration: 6 months
*Only USC, GC-EAD, GC are accepted.*
Specifically, it is expected that the QA Lead will be proficient and have
demonstrated success in the following areas:
· As a QA Lead he/she must apply well-developed interpersonal and
analytical skills, knowledge of business processes and information
technology, and a deep understanding of QA tools and testing processes.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
within the organization are essential.
· Understand the current organizations delivery methodology and
strategize the QA approach for a successful BPM implementation.
· Be able to provide thought leadership in implementing QA industry
best practices.
· Comfortable managing a team of testers and responsible for
reviewing and approving scripts, execution.
*Required Skills: *Five years' of experience in Automation Testing -
Automation Test Design
Three years' of experience in Performance SOA Security Testing - SOA / Web
Services Testing Tool - SOAP UI
*QA: *
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Manage change and issues control processes
* Nice to have Skills:*
*- Experience in Pega implementation and TMF*
- Experience with SOAP UI
- Experience in setting up QA Center of Excellence
The successful candidate will evaluate the current client environment
establish test procedures, processes lead and assist the client with
establishing the QA COE.
