*ETL Developer * Location is Indianapolis *Job Responsibilities* - Design, develop, maintain, monitor and execute ETL processes including verify and validate ETL deliverables. - Help design and build a monitoring solution for the ETL framework to ensure health and optimal performance. - Create and maintain Pentaho Reports as requested, suggest ideas for reports, and improve and upgrade existing reports as necessary. - Write detailed description of client needs, report functions, and steps required to develop or modify reports. - Create, maintain, and utilize existing web analytics queries and ETL that both provide analysis and audit of the system, utilizing PL/SQL and Pentaho BI Suite. - Employ best practices in data quality, data security, disaster recovery, optimization & performance of the ETL and reporting framework. - Work with Data Warehouse Architect to create new Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and/or data marts to aid in the creation of reports. - Map database sources to specified data formats. - Translate concepts to requirements, and development into an automated production process. - Identify and analyze data discrepancies, data quality and data process issues and any procedural improvements required to ensure systems conformance, data consistency and integrity. *Thanks & Warm Regards,* *AMIT BAJPAI,* *United Software Group Inc.* <http://www.usgrpinc.com/images/usg_logo.jpg> * 565 Metro Place S.
