My direct client is looking for an “Oracle Apps DBA.” This is a contract position (initially 6 months) with extensions being highly likely. Work needs to be performed onsite in either .*.* I’ve included additional details below. Please let me know if you, or anyone you know, would be interested. We pay referral fees!! $$ *TITLE:* Oracle Apps DBA *REQUIREMENTS:* · 6 years - Oracle E-business Suite administration experience supporting a production environment · Experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control to monitor databases · Experience with Oracle replication using Oracle Data Guard · Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through various stages of the development life cycle · Expertise in Oracle 11g/12c and related utilities including Oracle SQL*Plus, SQL Loader, RMAN, and Enterprise Manager · Demonstrated experience in development of long-term database strategies for the enterprise environment to stay current with technology and provide the required functionality to the organization and as well as adherence to change control procedures and policies · Familiarity with large IT budgeted projects, data center migration efforts, and designing disaster recovery procedures *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Setup, support and manage Oracle E-business Suite applications and databases in production, test and development environments · Create and perform administration of Oracle EBS R12 and 11i environments along with 11g and 12c databases in standalone and primary/standby configuration · Duties are focused on EBS management and administration, including infrastructure strategy, design, deployment, monitoring and maintenance · Build and support Oracle E-business Suite R12/11i and Oracle 11gR2/12c databases · Be the primary technical staff responsible for cloning, code deployment and migration, applying patches and providing user support for Oracle E-business Suite environments · Build and support physical standby databases · Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures using RMAN · Adhere and improve "best practices" documentation · Perform health checks and proactive monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control and UNIX shell scripts · Establish and enforce all database standards and integrity · Implement and maintain EBS/database security · Interface with Oracle Support for technical issue resolution · Be on site during normal working hours and to provide occasional after hours 24x7 support *Anuj Rai* *Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* *Desk: 518-621-0048Fax: 518-244-49773 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *Email Id:- an...@zenithtechsolutions.com <a...@zenithtechsolutions.com>* *Gmail:- rainu...@gmail.com <rainu...@gmail.com>* *Website:- www.zenithtechsolutions.com <http://www.zenithtechsolutions.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
