4+ years of overall Veeva experience with good experience in Veeva CR process Creating and managing workflow rules, data validations, triggers, and object customisation Good experience of helping clients in the life sciences/pharma industry to maximise the effectiveness of Veeva CRM, Vault, and Network in their organisation. Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Veeva. Managing operational requests and assisting in support issues, working with diverse user groups. Good salesforce and force.com experience is add on advantage Strong presentation, writing and communication skills.
