The right candidate will be experienced with development using current Microsoft technologies at various tiers, including user interface (primarily web-based), middle tier, and database. Additionally, the ability to participate in architectural discussions is important, both for clean-sheet as well as incremental functionality. The right candidate will be an excellent, concise communicator; flexible, outgoing, questioning, and a good team player. Must be comfortable with a small-company environment where disciplined agility is prized. All candidates should expect to be asked detailed technical questions to assess their skills.
